求助！如何本地测试2.6.2？！

我想从本地都设置好了，还有模板么的，然后再上传服务器。可是本地安装总是不成功。不知道是不是2.6.2的问题，我用的是Appserv。

您将将php.ini错误输出重新定义为： error_reporting=E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE 试下

刚看了看，下载的是utf-8的，跟我的倒是一样。
