求助:前台总出现Warning和Notice，时有时无

我的网站前台这几天总出现这样的错误，有时在这台电脑上会这样，在别的电脑上打开又不会，一会在这台电脑上不会了在别的电脑上又会了， 麻烦前辈们看一下是什么问题，出现错误的地方我已经给了777的权限了，可还是这样，郁闷坏了。
