EC后台起始页出现乱码，你们有遇到吗？

今天进入后台发现起始页出现乱码：如下：

清除缓存后还是这样。到底是怎么回事？

而且首页也出现乱码了，这几天都没去过动任何文件，晕，程序不稳定。。。。

首页乱码:
