这个是什么问题啊？难道是系统问题求高手解决

求高手解决，我用的是vertrigo2.19，然后用2.9的就没有这样的问题，但是又有其他新的问题，反正就是程序没办法很好的正常运行。我重装XP系统（不同的xp系统）也好几次了，还是一样。

我又用其他PHP环境程序来安装程序，也会才出现问题，想问下到底是什么问题，谢谢告知。
