仅首页乱码及运行出错？

用了一个模版后，首页出现乱码。但是其他页面却正常，我按论坛上说的，删了CACSH里的文件，还有后台清除缓存，但不管用。

还有左边栏目的：

在模版里面，删去那一段。暂时好了。

模板代码的问题，可能是模板不完善，或者是不同版本的模板。
