对网址中的斜线/进行urlencode的定义在哪个文件有知道的么，因为我在做支付方式时，转到别的银行的网关时显示，https://cashier.bhecard.com/port ... amp;notify_url=http%3A%2F%2F127.0.0.1%2Fex2Fnotify_url.php

不想那么显示，想正常显示，在哪里修改啊。有知道的告诉我啊。谢谢啦。
