一般都是第一次打开的时候才有显示像上面的信息，刷新后上面的信息又不见了，像这样的情况到底怎么解决呀？在论坛里查了很久还是没有解决，权限也有重新设置过，但还是提示这样的信息，请高手帮帮忙，到底是什么问题引起的！帮忙解决一下！

首选检查一下lib_template.php是不是在/....../html/ADMIN/includes/此文件夹下,我观察到了你的ADMIN是大写的，如你的网站在linux里，linux里是区要大小写的
