SMTP 后台邮件发送的问题

请问一下，我用的godaddy的空间 linux系统，邮件服务设置问题
上次一这里问过一次了，老大说要去问一个空间提供商 有没有开放fsockopen这个函数的支持，以下是他那边的回话，

我在后台测试发邮件的时候，一直是这个提示 “Access is denied”
可就这样理解么，它只给了我80和443端口，发邮件要用25端口，所以才会这样么

Access is denied这个错误提示我提供给他们客服应该是没用吧，

邮件一般是用25端口，但这个可以改变。如果空间商提供的是其他接口，那么可以根据空间商给的填写
