无法添加广告列表 EC2.7.0

请问一下，我在添加广告位时正常，
但是添加广告列表时出现如下提示并无法添加列表：

Request Entity Too Large
The requested resource
/admin/ads.php
does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

Apache Server at 192.168.1.150 Port 80


有时候是显示：

Internet Explorer 无法显示该网页

请问这个怎么解决？
我的 ECSHOP 版本 2.7.0
WIN2003 SERVER

你重新上传下admin\templates试下，用2进制上传
