[求助]本地安装ECSHOP 2.6.2 GBK出错

在本地安装ECSHOP 2.6.2 GBK到第三步出现如下错误：

创建配置文件............成功
创建数据库............成功
安装数据............成功
创建管理员帐号............失败

100%程序问题。此问题频率太高了。

有什么方法能解决吗？我把PHP的时区已经设置为亚洲/重庆了，还是不行！

您的管理员账号是否有特殊字符
如果有，请去掉特殊字符

管理员账号就是用admin，密码是1234，还是不行！

清空一下程序所在的数据库，重新安装会解决此问题。参考：www.91cms.com

都清空N次了，到底怎么回事，是源码的问题吗？有没有其他方法解决？拜托了！

还是不行，彻底被打败了，受不了啦，折腾了几天都不能解决，在网上查也有很多人是这个问题，难道官方就没有好的解决方法吗？
