关于加上URLRewrite规则的问题？

关于加上URLRewrite规则，其它网站的伪静态不能正常使用，不知道怎么回事。
请求高手帮忙下？（蓝色是属于原本的，黑色是ECSHOP的重写规则）

我当时是改文件名字，失败了，后面直接复制代码过去，就OK了的，，没摸索出什么经验来，不好意思，帮不上你忙
