求助“includes\cls_template.php on line 260”是什么问题？

求助大侠~~~~页面不能打开，

显示“Warning: file_get_contents(D:/******/themes/red_concise/article.dwt) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\******\includes\cls_template.php on line 260”

我在article.dwt这个文件里加了客服代码，显示上述错误，现在取消客服代码，把原来的文件还原，还是显示上述错误。

请问怎样解决？谢谢大家的无私帮助~~

清除缓存试试，还真没看出来什么问题。 可以加下面的QQ群 里面有好用的客服代码
