验证码相关万能解决办法

很多人碰到下载下来的代码安装验证码没有问题,经过2次开发或者改了什么语言包等任何文件后验证码不显示，这多半是由于文件保存编码导致的。
utf8格式文件有BOM和非BOM两种,ecshop的验证码相关的几个文件(init.phpcommon.php不一一列举)需要非BOM,以下代码可一次性去掉所有带BOM文件中的BOM部分，安全无毒
