安装后出现访问错误的问题，请高手帮忙看些，谢谢

安装过程是成功的，但是一打开前台页面就出现这样的，问题，有高手帮忙看下，这个是什么情况啊？

你好，感谢您的回复，刚刚看了下，该文件存在的，不过大小为0，下载下来打开是空白内容，请问下，这个是什么情况？应该怎么处理吗？

我把temp文件夹删除，然后重新上传，并再次将文件夹属性设置为：777
然后在前台刷新：变成如下图：
QQ浏览器截屏未命名.jpg
第二次刷新后，又变成下面这样了
