淘宝的csv文件批量导入到ecshop里都是乱码，怎么解决？

只能用51ecshop麻痹得要命！

确实有问题，我装的最新的2.73也是乱码，换了好几种导入方式全部乱码

可以自己把cvs文件格式转换下

我用的是 2.7.2 GBK版 的，我用淘宝助理导出的CSV文件，在选择导入时 换了好几种 导入方式也是乱码。希望官方能给个合理的解决方法。针对GBK UTF8 版本的导入，以及转换的工具！谢谢
