检测系统环境的时候，有没有出现不通过的问题呢？

我也出现了这样的情况。检测的项目全部可写。

怎么没有人回答呢？我也遇到了同样的问题，我是安装在php5.3.3上面的，各项检查都通过，页面上出现了警告，在执行完第三部后，数据库里面的表都已经创建了！

解决了：
找到php安装目录，修改php.ini

date.timezone =Asia/Shanghai
