弄了一晚还是弄不好，，，出现500错误

这是服务器探针。。。放在根目录下探针也无法读取，我不知道什么原因，，求解决，，其他子目录上的网站可以运行，，
看了下论坛里别的人以前有这个问题，和我是同样服务器的。。可我无法找到Then click on the button ‘submit’. 可能是面板升级了，，可我不知道是出现什么问题，请知道的告诉我下

使用ecshop也已经有一周了，从最初本地的测试到正式传到服务器，从中遇到了很多的问题，在自己的努力下也参照了论坛的一些方法，终于也达到了较理想的效果，终于明天就可以上产品了。
首先,刚上传到服务器安装就遇到了问题，我用的是2.6.1，服务器是美国的。安装时就出现了以下的问题。

在论坛上发帖子请教没人回答，在百度上搜到同样问题的有一个，但是没给出解决的问题，经过仔细的研究了服务器的后台，用自己的“半桶水”的英语也大概看明白了改怎么解决。贴出英语原文：希望可以帮助和我一样用同样的服务器的遇到相同问题的。
1. Log into the Control Panel using the account username and password.
2. Under the section ‘Scripting and Add-Ons’ click on the link ‘CGI and Scripted Language Support’.
3. Then click on the button ‘submit’.
Once the CGI is enabled, it will take 15 to 20 minutes to get activate.
跟着做就马上解决问题了。

cgi是开的，，但工作在/cgi-bin/，，，根目录不工作。

没有人知道吗？？？
