可以装wamp5或者装虚拟机 在装个2003 顺便学习下vps管理知识

WINDOS下最好用IIS.用APACHE发挥不了PHP性能

如果是开发和测试，用windows装IIS或Apache都可以，如果是生产环境，最好是linux.
