读取不到缓存文件而报的错误。
请确定你把data目录下的所有目录都给了777的权限。
并检查下静态文件中是否写入了数据。

用户您好，经过排查，网店错误的原因是目录权限的问题。
目录对登录者所在的组是没有写的权限的，而且登录者并不是目录的所有者，对目录没有写入的权限。所以导致程序无法写入。
